Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Applicable Products: Only 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles are eligible for refunds and returns.
Non-Eligible Products: Discovery Boxes, all sample-sized products and all Sale or Promotional products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions for Returns
Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation) is required.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or clear video of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
